THREE DAILY MEALS

The most important meals are: breakfast, lunch, dinner. 


BREAKFAST:Breakfast is the most important meal.Breakfast should contain enough vitamins and nutrients.

LUNCH:For lunch should be to eat more carbohydrates, a little less fat, and a lot of vegetables.


DINNER:Dinner is a light meal. Dinner must cover some fruits, vegetables or any milky product.
