Three daily meals =D
Everyday should be ingested 5 meals food.
Important meals are: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Less important is: snack
BREAKFAST: Make sure your breakfast contains enough vitamins and nutrients. Is the most important meal of the day. Therefore, you have to hold the rule that you must not forget breakfast.
For breakfast we eat a lot, because we need energy for all day.
LUNCH: The main energy meal should be carefully selected. For lunch should be to eat more carbohydrates, a little less fat, less protein and some vitamins. Carbohydrates give us the power and energy. Protein build our body. Fat which contain lots of sugar of which we get energy and some vitamins.
DINNER: Dinner is the most appropriate eat to 19 of the hours, since then our body prepares for sleep. Dinner should contain a lot of vegetables and meat but not too much. Because also our body needs a rest .
For snack, you can eat just some fruit or chocolate. ;))
