HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

A healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve people's health and well-being! It is important to have a healthy lifestyle because it is what will save your life in the future. By living a healthy lifestyle you will be more fit and you will be able to do thing's you have never done before, because you are more fit than you was before you started exercising and doing things to help keep your self healthy.



1. Choose Healthy Foods

-Choose food that contains minimal amounts of unhealthy fats
-Eat healthy fats in moderation
-Select foods that are low in both sugar and highly refined carbohydrates
-Eat a variety of different whole foods instead of eating processed foods.
-Shop at natural food store



2. Get Some Exercise

-Start and finish your workout with strecthing
-Go to the gym 3 to 5 times per week
-Exercise in your neighborhood (take dog for a walk)
-Ditch your car (walk instead)


3. Avoid Unhealthy Habits

-Stay away from fad diets
-Know what you weigh
-Avoid alcohol and smoking
-Get plenty of sleep


4. Good Hygiene

-Shower every day
-
Brush and floss your teeth daily
-
Clean your feet




What heppenes if you don't live healthy!?

-causes risk for developing chronic diseases
