Exercise, Diet and Hygiene


- EXERCISE: You should exercise from 20 to 30 minutes, at least three to four times a week. Regular exercisew will help you lower blood sugar, inprove sleep, strengthen bones, reduce stress, make you look fit and feel healthy.

- DIET: Your diet should be balanced. You have to eat a lot of Carbohydrates, Fruit and Vegetables, then little less of Milk and Dairy products and Protein and at least very little of Fat and Sugar.

-HYGIENE: You should take shower everyday or at least every second day and wash your hair at least once a week. You should wash your hand before every meal and after visiting the toilet. It's very inportant to brush your teeth twice a day: at morning and at evening.

If your not gonna exercise and eat healthy food you can get fatter. And is very important to take care for your hygiene because of yourself and other peoples, too.
