THREE DAILY MEALS

You should have 3 meals on day - breakfast, lunch, dinner and you should have at least 2 snack. For your healthy life you eat more vitamins and minerals, eat less fat and cholesterol,Control your weight.  BREAKFAST :
Breakfast gives you a chance to start each day with a healthy. You eat fresh and frozen Fruits and vegetables and you drink 100% juice without added sugar. For breakfast we eat a lotbecause we need energy for all day












LUNCH :For lunch should be to eat more carbohydrates, less protein, little less fat, and a lot vegetables.






SNACK : 
For snack you eat some fruits, some chocolate..
