HEALTHY HABITS

Today i'll tell you something about healthy habits and excercise.

I think that everybody should eat healthy food which contain a lot of vegetables and fruit. You also shouldn't forget about others nutrients. I believe that if you eat what dictates food pyramid you'll consume everything you need. So that means you shouldn't eat a lot of fats, but you should eat a lot of carbohydrates.
 

You should also take an excercise for nice and beautiful body. You should start with small steps and in a few weeks you'll see difference.
If you don't eat healthy food and take an excercise you'll have more fat and I believe that you don't like that.That also can happen if you eat junk food or you just sit in front of computer and television.



For your hygiene you should take care yourself. You should take shower every day and you should wash your hands often. You also must take care for your hair and wash them when is this necessary. You shouldn't wash them too often.
So for yourself eat healthy food and take an excercise :)!
