Health is very important in our life. People who aren't healthy stand out from the rest. They are fat, ill or disordered. So you must follow some advices to be healthy.
DIET:
Proper diet must be varied, safe and healthy. We have to get energy and everything necesarry for life with it. You should have 5 meals a day; breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. They should contain vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and fat too. But not too much! It's also important to drink enough water.
EXERCISE:
Right food is not enough to be healthy. If you don't move and you eat a lot, that can easily lead to problems. You should do exercise to stay fit. That can be any sport you like. You can also do yoga or easy exercises at home. Very good is running, cycling and swimming too. So there is many options to do something for yourself. No matter how, you just have to move.
HYGIENE:
To look good and healthy we must be clean. We have to take a shower every day, wash our hair twice a week, brush our teeth at least twice a day and wash our hands as often is possible. For better results we must use shampoo, soap, toothpaste and creams. Clean must be the environment that we live in and our clothes too.
