HYGIENE: We should take care of our body, which means we should take a shower every day and wash our hand before every meal and after using the toiliete. We should also wash our hair at least two times a week and change our underware regulery (every day). If we don't take care of our hygiene, we could get a lot of disesse such as lisense, (garje), ichiness and we would also smell very bad because we sweat every day.
DIET: We should eat a lot of carbohydrates such as rice, pasta, beans and so on. Really good for our body is also to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, because they containes a lot of minerales and vitamines. We should avoid eating a lot of sweets and fats, because they are bad for our body. If we don't take care of what we are eating, we might get diabetes, overweight and our imune system can get weak.
EXERCISE: We should exercise regualry, which means at least 30 minutes of walking, jogging, cycling or any other activitys a day. If we don't take care of our body, we could get overweight and we feel bad about ourself.
