HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

For your healthy life you should eat vitamins and 
minerals. You should have 3 meals on day: breakfast, 
lunch, dinner.


Breakfast: 

Breakfast is the 
most important 
meal of the day. Some people easily forget the most important meal and they do not know that it not healthy







Lunch: 



The main energy meal of the day should be carefully selected. For lunch you should eat protein, fruits, grains, vegetables and drink dairy.







Dinner:

For dinner eat a light meal. You should eat vegetables, fruits and any dairy products.
