HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

To have a healthy life is important:
-should eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 snack on day
-should do exercise every day  
-should drink a lot of water
-should have take shower every day, wash our hair twice a week, brush our teeth, wash our hand before meals

BREAKFAST :
Breakfast is the most important because we need energy for all day.
- bread, nutella, eggs, yogurt, pancakes, fruits, vegetables and drink tea or. natural juice...




LUNCH :
-meat, potatoes, rice, broccoli, salad...


DINNER :
Dinner is a light meal.
-fresh vegetables, yogurt, fruits...





SNACK :  
-fruits,yogurt, croissant, fruit cup...
  
 
 


 And don´t forget to drink 2 liters of water every day !
