HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

To have a healthy life is important:
- you should eat breakfast,
- you should exercise every day,
- you shouldn't eat a lot of sweets


BREAKFAST:


Breakfast is the most important meal of day. For breakfast we eat something little, like an apple or maybe a buttered piece of bread with jam.


LUNCH:


Our lunch should be something that gives us energy, but may not be something
which contains too much fat.

Such as: 
roasted chicken and rice,
pasta with vegetables ...


DINNER:

For dinner we eat again something light, such as:
- yogurt,

- an apple ....

What to eat for a healthy life

For a healthy life we need to eat a lot of carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, but avoid food that  contains lot of fat.

-Go to the gym 3 to 5 times per week
-Exercise in your neighborhood (take dog for a walk)
-Ditch your car (walk instead)


3. Avoid Unhealthy Habits

-Stay away from fad diets
-Know what you weigh
-Avoid alcohol and smoking
-Get plenty of sleep


4. Good Hygiene

-Shower every day

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

To have a healthy life is important:
-should eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 snack on day
-should do exercise every day  
-should drink a lot of water
-should have take shower every day, wash our hair twice a week, brush our teeth, wash our hand before meals

Health is very important in our life. People who aren't healthy stand out from the rest. They are fat, ill or disordered. So you must follow some advices to be healthy.

DIET:
Proper diet must be varied, safe and healthy. We have to get energy and everything necesarry for life with it. You should have 5 meals a day; breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. They should contain vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and fat too. But not too much! It's also important to drink enough water.




EXERCISE:
Right food is not enough to be healthy. If you don't move and you eat a lot, that can easily lead to problems. You should do exercise to stay fit. That can be any sport you like. You can also do yoga or easy exercises at home. Very good is running, cycling and swimming too. So there is many options to do something for yourself. No matter how, you just have to move.


                                         


HYGIENE:
To look good and healthy we must be clean. We have to take a shower every day, wash our hair twice a week, brush our teeth at least twice a day and wash our hands as often is possible. For better results we must use shampoo, soap, toothpaste and creams. Clean must be the environment that we live in and our clothes too.
