Healthy Livestyle

-The most important is that you eat healthy.So you should have 5 meals a day and you should eat a lot of vegetable and fruit and you shouldn't eat a lot of candy.The second you must exercise a lot beacuse is healthy and you will be very prepared.

-The most important meal of the day is breakfest you should eat something with a lot of vitamints like some apple,yoghurt,bread and drink tea or something like that.

-The second meal is lunch for lunch people eat the most food.You should eat some meat like chicken some salats,carbohydrates and rice or potateos.

-The third meal is dinner it should be very light some cerals maybe some bread with spread but not to much.

And after every meal you can eat some snack like chocolate,biscuits or hazelnut.

-If you don't eat healthy exercise enough you can get very fat and i'm sure that you won't like it.So you shouldn't be all day in house you should go play outsite with frends and just enjoy your life.

      PLANE

The first motorized airplane was made in first half of 20. century.Wright brother where flew in air whit there plane.First drawing of the plane made Leonardo Da Vinci he made a lot of drawings of the plane.But nobody doesn't try if they have realy flown.As I Have already said,Inventors where Brother Orvil and Wilbur Wright.The brothers have lived in the city Dayton in country Ohio.When the people see that you can actually flown in the air with something heavier the air they want to have more then just 12 second fly from brother Wright.The invention very help now you can go to far countries and you came very quick.I have never use plane but I hope that I will someday fly in the sky with plane.

ADVANTAGES of  using mobile phones are that: 
- you can call anybody on other side of planet
- you can listen to music
- you can use internet and play games
- you can take a photos
- text with your friends and family
- you can carry them in pocket so you don't  miss important calls...

DISADVANTAGES of using mobile phones are:
- Mobile phone are expensive
- Somone can stole it or you can lost it
- It can be dangerous if you are driving
- Can harm your brain

IN SCHOOL the mobile phones must be turned off. You mustn't use your mobile phone, if you use it teacher will take it and your parents will have to come to school.

If the world will be with no phone will be very slow and if you must someon say something will                                      take a long time if he is not living close to you.

The advantages of the usage of mobile phones are that you can communicate in sconds,send mails,take photos,listen to music and you can use internet.All people almost 
have one mobile phone.


The disadvantages of usage of mobile phones are that they could be expensive,very sensitive so you must protectit with a case, somone can stole it or you can lost it and It can hurt you ear.

Rules in our school is that you can't using phone in the classes, so you must put phone in the bag and silence turn of. If you using phone in class the teacher take it from you and call parents. So you can use phone only on the hall and outside of school.

-you can take pictures.

DISADVANTAGES  of using mobile phones are:

-can harm your brain

-if you constant use mobile phone you can feel dizzy,
-you can get eyes and ears problems.


In school you mustn't use your mobile phone, if you use it teacher will take it and your parents will have to come to school.You can have your phone in your bag but it must be turn off.


We have became a society that is totaly dependant od mobile phones.Without phones the life would be confused and boring because people wouldn't comunicate so often anymore.

The smart phones are very good beacuse they have GPS and help you to figurate the locate where you are and you can't lost directions. On mobile you can upload your favorite music and listen. Mobile is very important to have in the modern world beacuse all people almost have one.

The Disadvantages of mobile phone are that mobile phone are expensive and very sensitive so you must protectit with a case. Sometimes the reception is poor in some areas, limiting your connectivity (you can't talk underground or on planes). Mobile phone its dangerous if we using phone when we driving. Can be hard for older people

Life whitout mobile phones would be more peaceful and less drama, becuase nobody would call you all the time. But if you'd have to tell something to your friends you'd have to go to their house and that would take a lot of time.
