Healthy Livestyle

-The most important is that you eat healthy.So you should have 5 meals a day and you should eat a lot of vegetable and fruit and you shouldn't eat a lot of candy.The second you must exercise a lot beacuse is healthy and you will be very prepared.

-The most important meal of the day is breakfest you should eat something with a lot of vitamints like some apple,yoghurt,bread and drink tea or something like that.
-The second meal is lunch for lunch people eat the most food.You should eat some meat like chicken some salats,carbohydrates and rice or potateos.
-The third meal is dinner it should be very light some cerals maybe some bread with spread but not to much.
And after every meal you can eat some snack like chocolate,biscuits or hazelnut.

-If you don't eat healthy exercise enough you can get very fat and i'm sure that you won't like it.So you shouldn't be all day in house you should go play outsite with frends and just enjoy your life.
